1. highlight your document with control+A.
2. go to the format menu with alt+O.
press F for font.
4. tab twice to font size.
5. arrow up or down to select the desired size.

Hi all.
Does anyone know an easy way to change the font size to say 11, and the Font
itself to Arial?
I need to do this for quite a long document which I will be adding to
regularly. I am wondering also once I have changed it, how I might check it is
still the same at the end or throughout the document?
I'm using Jaws with Vista home.
Be grateful for any help.j
