Subject: Changes in Outlook Express

Good Morning!

I have two questions for this subject, and I'll address another question in
a different message, to save possible confusion.

Since installing the Service Pack 2, my navigating messages in Outlook
Express has changed. I used to simply enter, and JAWS would start reading
the message. Now I must tab, and then it will read. Is there a setting that
should be changed...or is this what everyone is experiencing?

Also...I can no longer enter on a link and go to that web site. I don't
understand what has changed. I did install JAWS 5, and didn't know if it's a
JAWS thing...or what or where to fix it. This whole web business is still
quite new to me, and unfortunately, the JAWS Help feature isn't working
either. I tried reading up on it, but when I switch to the F6 section- JAWS
doesn't say a thing!

Needless to say...I'm a bit frustrated. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
Shirley
