I'm not saying that your language submenu will be available if you have an eloquence voice profile active.
What I'm saying is that now, you must select your language while setting up your voice profiles, rather than selecting your language through the jaws window.

I believe that the onlyway to change language in jaws11 is to make a new voice profile, and make the language something other than the default language. To get to voice profile, select the jaws context menu, then selectoptions, then select voices, then select voice adjustment, and create a new voice profile there with its change of language. I think they took out thekey command for changing language on the fly. HTH.
