Steve and Margaret,

Thanks very much. This is what I was looking for.
However, I now have one additional question. Where is it documented =
that
control-shift-f5 is the shortcut for bookmarks? I always like to search
first before asking others for help, and I sure couldn't find that one.
(Smiles) I must have been looking in the wrong place.

Jerry,
=20
The shortcut for the Bookmark dialogue is Control + Shift + F5. Once you =
are
in the dialogue the Add button is only available if its valid, i.e. if =
what
you have in the Bookmark name edit/list is a new bookmark, and in this =
case
it is also the default button so you can just press Enter rather than =
tab to
it.
=20
So, a quick way of putting a bookmark into a document is to put the =
cursor
where you want the bookmark to be, press Control + Shift + F5 to open =
the
dialogue, type the bookmark name (which has to be a single word =
beginning
with a letter), and press Enter to add the bookmark and close the =
dialogue.
=20
To use the bookmark, from anywhere in that document press Control + =
Shift +
F5 to open the dialogue. If there is only one bookmark in the document =
your
focus will be on it; if there is more than one arrow down until you find =
the
one you want, press Enter once to move the cursor to the bookmark and =
press
Enter again to close the dialogue.
=20
Hope this helps,
Steve Griffiths
