I figured that out.  I just saw it in isolation and did not know what it was 
refering to.

Hi David,
Control shift d is provided when the config manager is running and active on
the screen. This is just in case the user happens to be exploring another
program configuration file. When pressing control shift d, Jaws, will load
the default configuration file and forget about the current one. I hope
it'll work for you. If not, it doesn't matter, we can use the file menu in
the configuration manager.

instructions and information. I was just curious if maybe the control shift
d didn't apply for some reason with the situation you were helping Jim with.
