I wrote to them complaining about the accessibility some months ago. I was
not at all satisfied with the responses I received so, as I promised them I
took my business elsewhere.
I later discovered on a Web search that there are known problems with their
JAVA implementation which can put you into a loop from which there is no
escape. One assumes with that knowledge at least that part of their site has
been fixed.

Still, I would strongly advise contacting their customer help and expressing
strong feelings about their non-standard non-friendly system. It is easy
enough to ignore one Canadian who would prefer to shop at Indigo than
several consumers. For each complaint they can and usually do assume several
dissatisfied shoppers and the big marketing push these days is to customer
loyalty and return business.

You need not vote with your feet as I tend to do, the threat is always
implicit where dissatisfaction is expressed. If you don't then they have no
reason to fix it.

When you are on the proceed to checkout link, route your JAWS to PC cursor
with insert+numpad-minus. Then use your left-click button and you'll find
yourself where you want to be.
