Hello,

There's really no reason for a blind person to have the ruler visible.  You
can't use it to measure anyway and it won't do anything except make it
harder to read certain documents.  I'd un-check this.

Asking again about  Word X P,   under the   view,  should both "ruler" and
" mark up"  be  checked?

Here is a  portion of what I saw  posted in March on this  list per the
"ruler.  In each of  2  messages,  one was told to enable it.

it. This option should be enabled."
