Hi
You don't have to use the cox software. Just have the technition, or if it's you, just hook up the cable modem to the computer and make sure everything works. no other special software is needed. in fact, some of the software these guys used has been known to screw up screenreaders, so you really don't need it.

I'm considering switching from qwest and my current isp, which i'm

jaws users who have used the cox software, if you even have to use it, and
their experiences. Has anyone used their webmail service and how well
does it work with jaws. Any accessibility problems I need to be aware of
if I switch from dsl to cable? Any cable modem recommendations in terms
of how well or not they will work with jaws. I do plan to use a poip
router connected to the modem with a pc connected to that router. Your
help is appreciated.
