I scanned. Scan finished.
Pressed control N. Heard "scan results screen."
Don't remember your saying to also press control shift N in the
documentation, but did as you direct, below.

then I tabbed around, as directed. Every control you itemize came up except
for Scan Summary. it may be of interest that there is one press of the tab
which produces only silence between "scanning results help button" and "list
view."

Hope this helps. I think I followed your steps to the letter.

Could one of you guys that are having this problem do a test for me?
1 Run a scan as you normally do.
2 When the scan is finished, pres control+n.
3 Now press control+shift+n. It should say Scanning results screen.
4 Start repeatedly pressing the tab key. You should hear the following
controls, although you may not start out on the first one in the list.
Scan summary tab
list view (with its information)
Help button
Show logfile button
Next button
Scanning results screen help button
Then if you keep pressing tab you should arrive again at the Scan summary
tab and repeat the list over again. Do you hear all of these items? Are
there any tab positions where Jaws speaks nothing?
