Your 20-digit key code should be on the CD packaging of a previous version
of JAWS. You may even be able to find a Braille version of it. If not, it
should be in print somewhere. I'm not sure what you should do, other than
what you've already done, if you have lost track of that code.

Subject: Activation question
Hi all. I have just updated to jaws 190.0.512. I am being told that I
will need to reactivate jaws inrder to use it as a lisonced versiion.
My question is how do you retrive a 20 digit code to activate if you do
not have a cd? I have sent a message to fs regarding this, but was
wondering if anyone else had this isue when updating there jaws even
though they have renewed there sma as I have done.
