Access And Excel with JAWS

Dear list:
I have Jaws 7.0 and windows XP and Milenium edition in my laptop and desktop
respectively. I have started the ECDL course but the people training me have no
idea about Jaws. They keep telling me to click here and there but I cannot
learn like that.
I am trying to master access and excel so that I can apply for a secretarial
job. I have been successful with the rest of the modules so far but I have no
idea about those apploications so I would value any help: If any of you have
any instructions I could learn, keystrokes, etc, I will be most grateful.
