Just go to www.fsactivate.com
At the bottom of the page you will have to press on the continue key then
find the reset activations link and then fill out the form.

Hi, I've had JAWS for two years and never been told not to use the website
to do my reset of my licence. Anybody else been told this, and do you know
why it is?
To reset my activations through Sight and Sound will usrely take a lot
longer.
