Yeh thanks for that. Think I'll go and try and find out the process for doing it in the future then.

Hi Peter,as far as I know, Non-US customers are not allowed to have their activationcount reset by FS USA directly anymore. They will have to contact their local dealer instead, as Michael Schall pointed out in his e-mail to you. Why FS chose this path, I just don't know. Maybe keeping track of all thedata on their own servers is a bit too difficult, or the reset process takeslonger, the more customers they have to serve? No idea really. Hope the explanation is of help to you, Nermin -- JFW related links: JFW homepage: http://www.freedomscientific.com/Scripting mailing list: http://lists.the-jdh.com/listinfo.cgi/scriptography-the-jdh.comJFW List instructions: To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxTo unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.Archives located at: //www.freelists.org/archives/jfwIf you have any concerns about the list, post received from the list, or the way the list is being run, do not post them to the list.
