Hi Peter,

as far as I know, Non-US customers are not allowed to have their activation
count reset by FS USA directly anymore.
They will have to contact their local dealer instead, as Michael Schall
pointed out in his e-mail to you.
Why FS chose this path, I just don't know. Maybe keeping track of all the
data on their own servers is a bit too difficult, or the reset process takes
longer, the more customers they have to serve?
No idea really.
