To get to the rules:
Start, Programs, Jaws 15, Explore Settings, Explore Shared Settings, then 
hit the letter "r" until the Rules folder is highlighted, then whack Enter.
One of the reasons I went with JFW years ago is it's ability to take the 
functions it provides the end user and expand on it--(i.e. scripting.)  So 
it is frustrating to have ResearchIt--a fabulous tool--but very little 
instructions on how to manipulate to the degree of it's full potential! 
Whine, whine.
