[jawsscripts] Jaws script editor issue solved

The problem was the default .JSS file was opening with the jaws 12 script
editor so I had to manually tell windows to use the JAWS 13 editor for
opening files. Somehow it got switched, but all is opening fine now. Hope
this helps someone in the future.
