Hi Andrew,

Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Event Viewer.

You get a tree view on the left which expands to
Application, Security & System

On the right will be a list of errors - if any - for the
above.

Spybot seems to be one of the more JAWS friendly Spyware
programs. A Google will find it.

George.

Hello George, How do I find the Event Viewer? and as far
as
Norton tells me there is no virus on the computer, as for

the anti spy program I haven't got one any more, so what

one would you recommend?

Hi Andrew, Have you checked the Event Viewer to see what errors are being reported there. Obviously something is upsetting the proverbial apple cart. Have you a clean
bill
of health from up to date Spyware and Virus checkers?

George.
