Try to maximize the page by pressing alt plus X , or recompile and refresh 
the particular scripts that accompanys the application you use which is 
supposedly to be office twenty ten , I' am afraid: but it has to work 
properly with JAWS twelve unless you have an earlier version , that could be 
a genuine interpretation for the silent you hear.
