Thanks Darren. Think I'll just try to do without using those discs. Why are they making them all the small ones today if that means you can't use them unless you have a drawer drive? Not a big issue, I'll just not load the CD, gadget works fine without it. barbara ----- Original Message ----- From: Darren H To: jaws-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Tuesday, April 01, 2008 1:46 PM Subject: [jaws-uk] Re: Tiny CDs Hi Barbara i'd say you need a USB CD Drive. The DVD/CD player on my computer is just an open slot. You push the disc in so far and then the machine grabs hold of it and pulls it in the rest of the way. So how does that work with those tiny discs you get today if you have any gadget requiring software? I've tried pushing it in, but the machine does not grab hold of it and pull it in. If I push it on in nothing happens and I'm in danger of it disappearing out of my fingers and getting stuck inside. Do I need some kind of an adapter? Thanks for any help offered.
