[jaws-uk] TV Downloads

I have signed up to the TV/Movie/Music downloads at
www.latesttvdownloads.com
I have downloaed the required software (Ares Ultra) and read what seem to be
simple instructions. However, when I open the program I can not find where
to search for content to download as required. Can anyone help? Has anyone
used this software?
