Hi Sue,
If the screen saver suggestion doesn't work look in the Power Options
section in Control Manager. The last item before the Ok button refers to
Hibernating, this should be set to "Never".
I think Phil suggested looking in this section a few days ago.

If you set your screen saver to none from the display options page that
should sort it out.
