[jaws-uk] Jaws stop talking on word menus

Hello All
I hope someone will be able to help me. All of a sudden Jaws has stopped
talking on the menus in word.
I was trying to do a mail merge with access and the problem arose.
I am also unable to access the menus in Access (the database) the same
problem.
I have Jaws 4.5.1 with EP Pro on operating system windows 2000
Please keep it simple as I am not technically minded. I also have no
sighted help.
