I would caution against having a website reviewed for just one technology, even more so for one specific make of that technology. Taking this approach can all too easily cause websites to be built for specific user groups and problems for other users are all too easily built in. A comprehensive accessibility review may be a much more helpful recommendation. This is, at least as far as screen reader users are concerned, a very badly designed sites with many of the links inadequately labelled. You might want to get in touch with the author and ask them to request someone to review their site as far as screen reader users in general, and JAWS users in particular is concerned.
