[jaws-uk] FS slowness of response.

Why is this? Why does it take so long and so many not even getting an answer 
from FS. I suppose you could try asking Bryan carver he is now Director of 
Technical Support?           Having said that it was  late January this year 
he promised to contact me  about a query after " speaking to Eric Damery and 
DR Lee Hamilton.   A large Charity who shall be nameless said to me once " 
if we need help from Dolphin, we get it almost immediately, if Freedom and 
Jaws we can wait for ever.  So why Why Why Dorothy.
