Hi Scott, I am inclined to agree with you on the price of this I think software. Scott have you had a look at the freedom Scientific website regarding these? I ask this as I have a problem on there, I clicked on the FTP link to get the Excel Spreadsheet tutorial and it wouldn't do any thing, I wonder if you have had the same problem?.

Hi Andrew

The version we get in JFW V6 is a demo version which only allows FS training
materials to be played on it. If you want to play regular Daisy books, you
will need to purchase the full version which is about £50 or so.


I think this is a marketting tool to get us interested in software Daisy
players, but I think it's a bit pricy for what it is.

is the FS version of the Daisy book reader, but after reading what I

I want be able to put a Daisy book from some where else because it is for
the Freedom Scientific machine.  Is this interpretation right?.
