[jaws-uk] Export outlook account details

Apologies if this is off-topic but it's something I've been trying to
sort out for some time without success.

I have lost my password for my E-mail accounts and want to reformat my
hard drive.  I thought losing the passwords didn't matter because I
would just be able to export the details to a file which could be saved
separately and then imported into the new Outlook installed on my
reformatted disk.
The problem is that there is an item "import/export" in the Outlook file
menu but it only gives the option (so far as I can find) to import and
not export account details.

Can anyone explain what has to be done to export these details to a file
so that I can then import them later?
