There is a set of tools that were developed called the Screen Reader
Extender that were developed a couple of years ago to do this job.

The download is:
http://www.blindprogramming.com/ftp/jfw/srxtnder.zip

It contains some documentation, but you may want to join the Jaws Scripts
list, details should be on the www.blindprogramming.com website somewhere.

I'm writing a script file to improve the accessibility to DW MX 2004
but I need to use functions that aren't in Jaws scripting language.
Is there a way to use DLLs or anything else?
