Did they run a check on your telephone line? If so what did they say. Finally if your Belkins Router is at fault and you have only had it 'a couple of months' if it is faulty, you are surely able to exchange it , you will be covered by the Sale of Goods Act. First of all you must diagnose you problem thoroughly.
