[j-tools] Re: j-tools is not storing my web pages and folder locations

Hi Sue,
in regards to word documents I can store them and retrieve them ok. With
respect to web and folders j-tools indicates that the shortcut has been
stored successfully. However, when I look it using control-l, the folder or
the web page doesn?t appear on the list. Insidentally, I am having the same
problem on my other computer. However in the second computer the web page or
the folder do appear in the list but they cannot be retrieved.

Hi Luis,
Can you tell us what happens when you try to store a shortcut to a folder or
web page? What about shortcuts to Word documents? Have you stored any of
those?
Hate to answer a question with three more questions. Smile. Just need a bit
more information.

Hi Brian and list,
I am using j-tools 4.2 with Jaws 12.0.1170. In one of the two computers
where I am using J-Tools I cannot store any web pages and folder locations.
In my other computer it works fine. What am I doing wrong?
