Cannot tell you how slow it was the first time I left it running over
night but when doing a backup after the first time it takes one to two
hours, the disc has about 66G used. You are a lot better of backing up to
a caddy or use a NAS connected drive, I'm just in the process of going
from caddy's to a NAS solution.
