Did you really want a prefix of ": "

I've just tried it without the ": " prefix on 4.02 & 6.16 and get the same
as you!

Setting Sys$DateFormat does not seem to change

Sys$Date or Sys$Time!


Apparently it is used by the OS_ConvertStandardDateAndTime PRM 1:435
