[iyonix-support] PCIParallel module and other bits

Hi
Just a quick note to say I have created a module called PCIParallel that
works in conjunction with PCISerial to provide the Parallel_Op SWI's.
This enables access to a parallel port on the combined serial/parallel
PCI card that is supported by PCISerial.
This also adds some extra Parallel_Op SWI's to access the ECR and EPP
registers.
The modules are in a !SerialDev skeleton that needs to be dropped over
your existing one.
Some documentation is in !SerialDev.Modules.PCISerial.Documents .
Also a 32bit version of Joypad that works with the Paradise joypad cable,
that lets you use a PSX stick. Extended Joystick SWI's are added to enable
access to the extra buttons and the second stick on the controller.
The joypad module also works on a RPC.
!Star3000 works fine with the combination!!!
