I have .... In small operations used "winroute lite" or "Winroute pro"
This Small "software router" allows the administrator to do inbound port
mappings.

http://www.kerio.com

I have used both of these and prefer the pro version. It also has built in
services such as a mail server.. And proxy server..

It performs a NAT or Double NAT.
