Try this,

1. From the Desktop view, click Start and click Control Panel
2. Control Panel opens, double-click User Accounts
3. User Accounts opens, click Advanced tab, click Manage Passwords
4. Stored User Names and Passwords opens, remove all logon info

        Hi,
I have a user with Windows XP Pro SP1 and all the updates. When
she goes to open IE, she gets prompted with a window asking for user
name and password. She enters username/domain then password, and goes
in. This does not happen all the time and only to this user. Her
profile & settings are the same as others, but no one is experiencing
this but her. We have ISA with all new SP, etc..
        thanks
