can't route specific packets to the net

Folks, this is a really strange one:
Here at my office I have my laptop that is a SNAT client of my ISA Server. I
have a rule that allows any kind of traffic from my machine to go outbound.
If I do a Ts on a remote machine, it works fine. I can use MSN, anything I
want. However, if I try to open a remote session on a remote VNC computer that
is using an specific port 3030, the packet arrives on the internal NIC of my
ISA server, and it doesn't transmit the packet to the outside, and nothing is
logged too.
If I use a Firewall client, it works!
It's really freaking me out. What can this be?
