can't access from client browser -- please help!

I just installed ISA server evauluation. I've created an "all-open" access
policies. I can browse the internet from the ISA server itself but in the
clients IE browser i'm getting 10060 - connection timeout error even if ISA
server is already connected to the intenet via dial-up. Appreciate any
help.
