Windows.Net Beta 3 + ISAIt sounds like you're remote-web-publishing the .NET
sites.
That's not the same thing as actually installing ISA on a .NET server...

If you install .NET onto another server (not tried on ISA) then set a rule up
for the asp_client to redirect the new .net server and the directories you
require it will pass the traffic though correctly.
I've tested this in Beta 3 and it worked correctly.
