WINS Resolution

A static WINS entry has been created to refer an arbritary name to an
internal web server IP. From the proxy server console a ping will show the
name resolving to IP. When visiting the website bypassing proxy it seems
ok. When attempting to access the site via the proxy, DNS error is
returned. Seems as though the ISA Server 2004 is unable to resolve the
site through WINS. Any ideas?
