VPN

Just to let everyone know, the problem I was having with not being able
to setup a VPN was because I was administering ISA remotely. Once I went
to the actual console I then had the allow VPN connections option.
Works like a champ now.
Thanks John Burridge for the tip. This is one that should go on the
website in a FAQ of some kind.
