I fail to see where this is relevent in regard to your original question. A few 
more details of how your server is setup and what you are actually trying to do 
would help........:)

        Yes, I can ping 10.x.x.x, but I can not access the same IP using 
Terminal Services.

                Can you ping by IP (ping 10.x.x.x)?
