Looks cool, but I can't telnet to your server.   I would delete the
rules and redo them.

Yep. Configuration goes: 
Gen. Public Exchange SMTP, Enable
Action: Allow
Traffic: SMTP Server
From: Anywhere
To: IP of mail server
Networks: External
Schedule: always

I also have an Exchange SMTP-DNS Outbound rule. Config goes: 
Gen: Exchange Outbound SMTP-DNS, Enale
Action: Allow
Protocols: DNS, SMTP
From: Exchange server
To: External
Users: all
Schedule: Always
Content Types: All

Wondering if I could have missed something?
