You have an smtp out rule for the mail server? And you picked smtp
server when you published it?

Removing the linksys and creating the connectoid seems to have resolved
my connectivity issues but not the mail issue as I still can't get
anything coming in or going out. No errors on Exchange or the ISA
server.
