2 things: 1. Learn how to respond to posts. I almost deleted yours but on a whim went to the bottom and lo and behold, there is a response. Your response needs to be at the top, not the bottom. Maybe you have missed that other than it is a bad idea to have anything else on a firewall, it is extremely bad and not supported to have SQL on there, as that will directly conflict with the MSDE that ISA 2004 uses.
