I think you hit the nail on the head, it's a matter of semantics, if they claim it is capable of multiple ISPs, then people would expect the whole package, load-balancing, fail-over, etc. to be included. In general, when they refer to multiple ISPs, they actually mean they want multiple "default" gateways and then implement some sort or policy based routing, or bandwidth balancing, or bandwidth aggregation or link failover or all of the above (usually they want it for free too) :-) Tom
