Transparent proxy

Hello all !
1. Im install ISA and open access as a wroute in 
http://www.isaserver.org/shinder/tips/getting_started.htm
2.Im configuration internal clients as wroute in 
http://www.isaserver.org/shinder/tutorials/secure_nat_client.htm
but using real ip-addresses.
3. Its works just fine WWW,FTP,MAIL,ICQ, but some programs on client using 
non-standart ports dont work.
i dont need using firewall in ISA, only proxy server for traffic

AND THE QUESTION IZ.....

If i install ISA in cache-mode and install RRAS at one machine how it will be 
work ?
