Just for those that may have followed this thread,

Here is an article from MS...
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;243574

And here are some of my findings.
On my Windows 2000 Advanced Server with ISA installation,
    W32tm works great and,
    Net time /set works great.

On my Windows 2003 Enterprise Server,
    W32 tm works great now,
Net time /set reports cannot connect to time server as the MS article
describes. This applies to all W2K versions but does not seem to cover 2003.
Why will my W2K server sync with Net Time and not the 2003 edition.
Neither are PDC's or even DC's.

Just curious about this, not a real problem.
