Rain in Florida is different from thunderstorms in Texas. Here, "thunderstorms" 
usually come with tornado watches and warnings as well. Those bother me.
 
At least in Florida if you get hurricanes, you usually get 8 hours advance 
warning. We get no warning with tornados. I hate that.
 
(Sorry to rain on everyone's parade. Heh.)
