Slightly OT:HP ProLiant DL320 Firewall/VPN/Cache Server setup

Hello Everyone,
Please forgive my dumbness, but we are currently running ISA Server 2000 on
a Windows 2000 network and we just got the HP firewall appliance with
Windows 2003 and ISA 2004 already installed. What I would like to do is
separate our network and have staff computers behind ISA and the public
computers behind a hardware firewall. Would some kind person lead me in the
right direction to accomplish this?
