You *may* be able to.
What are is the ipconfig/all output from this machine?
Exactly how are you trying to join the domain; UI or cmd-line?
Exactly how are you specifying the domain; simple namee or FQDN?

I can't join a domain with ISA installed? This server comes from the factory
with Server 2003 and ISA 2004 already installed and locked down.

What is installed; Windows or ISA?
If ISA, remove it, then join the domain.
The setup detects the machine's context and adjusts the system policies to
accommodate (most of) the protocols required for normal domain traffic.

Hello, it's me again. :-)

I FINALLY got the software installed on this server and now I can't get it
to join the domain. I get the message " A domain controller for the domain
GRADY could not be contacted." I can ping the DC from the new server, but I
can't ping the new server from the DC. I have no problem getting XP Pro
computers to join the domain so is there something special in Windows Server
2003 that I am not aware of? This is my first time working with Server 2003
our domain is Server 2000. Thank you for any help, we really need this up
and running!

That's interesting to know..

Im trying to get work to even open the client that downloads the email that
they need to read to see my recommendation, along with the link of what the
software does. Needles to say I'll jump down HP's throat (being a partner)
if they try any funny business.
