I'd forget about SUS and defintely would get Office OFF of the firewall!
whoa! Sounds like ZoneAlarm might be a better answer for this kind of
scenario.

        Well basically I am testing this on a small home network where
my server has Win2K, ISA, X2K, SWL2K, Web server , Office and SUS. If
you advise I stop trying to get it working I guess I will take your
advise.

         

        I then will have to go direct to the production server and test

        How about running the SUS site on an internal network server?
The ISA Server should be your firewall, not a generic file server. Do
you have no other options?

                The Exchange Web site runs on the default site and must
use port 80. So does SUS use 80 but not on the default site. How can
