Hi Ben,

You need to create a Protocol Rule that allows the SecureNAT clients
access to outbound DNS queries. Make sure they're configured with a
public DNS server address.

Subject: [isalist] DNS and SNAT client

http://www.ISAserver.org

Hi all

I have a SNAT client. I have configured the server to ping by IP address
by I can't ping by host name. I don't have DNS within my network (I rely
on the ISP) so I'm assuming that the resolve from IP address is failing
at the ISA. Any ideas how fix this?

TIA
Ben
